Frequently asked questions

What should I bring?  Just yourself! Wear comfortable shoes, tie long hair back. Thinking of the environment, you may wish to bring tupperware to pack your creations in to reduce plastic waste.

How do I pay for a class? You can pay by bank transfer or cash prior to your class. Card payments are currently not accepted.

When can I come for a class? These times are approximate and may vary during school holidays. Weekday Afternoons 4:15-6      Evenings 7-9      Saturday 11am

Sunday is a family day, however, a class is possible if you are unable to attend a Saturday class!

Do I need to take notes? That's entirely up to you! Everyone learns in different ways. Recipes will be emailed across to you after your class.

Will I be cooking or watching? The best way to learn is by 'doing'. All classes are interactive, giving you the confidence to go on and recreate dishes in the future, reducing the need for processed foods. Much better for your internal organs & finances!

Where are classes? Classes are held in my home kitchen. Address will be supplied upon payment received for booking.
