What should I bring? Just yourself! Wear comfortable shoes, tie long hair back. Thinking of the environment, you may wish to bring tupperware to pack your creations in to reduce plastic waste.
How do I pay for a class? You can pay by bank transfer prior to your class or by cash. Card payments are currently not accepted.
When can I come for a class? These times are approximate and may vary during school holidays. Daytime 10-2 Afternoon 4-6 Evening 7-9
Do I need to take notes? That's entirely up to you! Everyone learns in different ways. Recipes will be emailed across to you after your class.
Will I be cooking or watching? The best way to learn is by 'doing'. All classes are interactive, giving you the confidence to go on and recreate dishes in the future, reducing the need for processed foods. Much better for your internal organs & finances!
Where are classes? Classes are held in my home kitchen. Address will be supplied upon payment received for booking.
Can you come and cook in my home? I do this occasionally, charges are £50 per hour plus cost of ingredients. As I'm more comfortable cooking in my own kitchen, I cook at home and bring the curries to your home, I then make fresh hot chapatis for guests.
